面對產業持續演進，飛雁始終相信，人才的培育是推動產業長遠發展的關鍵。我們不僅關注當下的人才需求，更重視從教育端開始，陪伴學生累積能力、逐步走向產業，成為未來服裝產業的重要力量。
此次，飛雁參與支持實踐大學服裝設計學系「2026畢業生服裝動態展演」，透過贊助畢業生獎學金及展演經費，並由人資長親自出席參與，實際投入學生重要的學習里程碑。同時，我們亦持續提供實習機會，讓學生在學期間即能接觸產業環境，逐步銜接未來職涯發展。
實踐大學服裝設計學系創立至今已66年，本次展演於松山文化創意園區舉行，吸引約2,000人次觀賞，並從約150組作品中選出60組進入動態展演。以「序曲於雜訊」為主題，學生透過材質實驗與設計語彙，展現新世代創作者的多元觀點與創作能量。
值得一提的是，本屆時裝組第二名得主連婭妘，正是目前於飛雁技術處實習的學生。其作品《線跡留形》以針織為媒介，透過外露車線與未收邊的設計語言，呈現時間痕跡與自我重構的過程；在材質運用上，結合電腦針織布、平織與丹寧等不同面料，透過軟硬對比與視覺層次，使整體輪廓更具張力與辨識度。此一成果展現學生在設計上的扎實累積與創作實力，也體現其持續探索自我風格與深化表達的努力。
飛雁期待，透過持續參與與支持，讓更多具潛力的年輕設計人才被看見，並逐步走入產業。我們也將持續投入資源，與教育端攜手合作，共同培育未來服裝產業的人才，推動產業穩健發展。

Sports City believes that nurturing talent is fundamental to the long-term development of the apparel industry. Beyond immediate hiring needs, we are committed to supporting students from early stages—helping them build capabilities and transition into the industry.
This year, Sports City supported the 2026 Graduation Fashion Show of Shih Chien University’s Fashion Design Department through scholarships and event sponsorship, with executive participation on-site. We also provide internship opportunities, enabling students to gain early exposure to real industry environments.
The show attracted around 2,000 attendees and featured 60 selected works from over 150 entries, showcasing diverse perspectives and strong creative capabilities from the next generation of designers.
Among the highlights, the 2nd place winner in the fashion category, Ellie Lian—currently an intern at Sports City—presented her work Trace of Threads. Through knitwear techniques, exposed seams, and raw edges, the piece explored themes of time, reconstruction, and identity. By combining materials such as knitted fabric, woven textiles, and denim, the work demonstrated a strong sense of structure, contrast, and visual depth. It reflects her solid design foundation and continuous exploration of personal expression.
Through ongoing engagement, Sports City aims to empower emerging talent, support their transition into the apparel industry, and contribute to its sustainable growth.
